Press accreditation
Media participation at BedrijfsautoRAI 2012 is subject to accreditation by the Amsterdam RAI’s Communication and PR department. Accreditation for all exhibitor days is strictly reserved for members of the press - print media, photo, radio, TV, film, internet and news agencies - who fully meet the media accreditation requirements (valid press credentials including a valid press card. You may be asked to submit additional materials to support your application). The accreditation request form will be available on this website from 23 February onwards.
Press facilities
Journalists are welcome in the press room of BedrijfsautoRAI 2012 in the Europacomplex of Amsterdam RAI (entrance K – first floor). The press room will open one hour before the opening times of the show and close half an hour after closing times of the show.
The working facilities in the press room include computers with internet access and internet connections for laptops. Wall units have been made available for press information from the exhibition organisers and exhibitors. Valuable equipment such as cameras and portable computers can be given to the hostess in the press room. There is also a cloakroom available (unsupervised).
Important dates Tuesday, April 17: • Press is welcome to attend the official opening of BedrijfsautoRAI 2012 at 10.00 a.m. (programme will be in Dutch).
Thursday, April 19: • BedrijfsautoRAI Congress (programme will be in Dutch)
